KSA Stage 2.

As part of the continuing KSA project, Stage 2 involved an evaluation of the existing installed services having already commented on their condition in Stage 1.

To assist, we put to good use, our IES Software to reinforce our own calculations.  Rule of thumb UK is very different to rule of thumb KSA!

The models helped in creating a substantive technical report and were not simply nice looking coloured padding!

Thanks to all who got us to this stage, and this includes those not involved who continue to keep our important UK Clients satisfied.

Stage 3 is likely to start over Christmas, so if anyone does not like turkey

and repeats on the TV......

Benton Metro new footbridge and lifts finally started on site.  This will close the existing footbridge from 19 November for several weeks.  The old bridge is in a very poor state of repair and is long overdue a replacement.  Part of the scheme is the installation of two new lifts which will assist those who have difficulty with stairs in accessing the metro.

Part of the planning condition was to introduce coloured lighting.  A light tape has been designed and specified, pictures will be posted here after completion.
